At Health Bloom Organization, we believe that a healthy nation starts with the nutritional well-being of its youth. On September 24, 2025, our team visited Ngleshie Amanfro Senior High School to lead a massive advocacy program focused on healthy eating habits, balanced diets, and the long-term benefits of proper nutrition.

The program featured seven dedicated volunteers, all of whom are specialists in the fields of dietetics and nutrition. These experts engaged the students in interactive sessions, breaking down complex nutritional science into practical, everyday advice. From understanding macronutrients to the importance of hydration and the dangers of excessive sugar intake, the students were equipped with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their health.

The energy at Ngleshie Amanfro SHS was palpable as we addressed over 1,000 students. It was inspiring to see so many young minds eager to learn how their dietary choices today will shape their energy levels, academic performance, and overall health in the future.

The program concluded on a high note with a warm reception from the school's leadership. The Headmistress expressed her profound gratitude to Health Bloom Organization, noting that such expert-led health interventions are rare but vital for the holistic development of students. She encouraged the students to take the lessons to heart and thanked our team for choosing their school for this impactful initiative.

This outreach is part of our ongoing commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Wellbeing). We are proud of the impact made at Ngleshie Amanfro SHS and remain committed to fostering health literacy across schools in Ghana.

A big thank you to our incredible volunteers and the administration of Ngleshie Amanfro SHS for making this day a success!
